Here’s my latest illustration - Sasquatch (Bigfoot) and his cat companion!

I updated our 'McD Boo Buckets and Cats' art prints just in time to share for Halloween! I was inspired by a mix of McDonalds classic boo buckets and their new cost-cutting designs ... but I leaned more into the vintage 80s-90s ones with molded lids.

After a few failed attempts to create a Cthulhu cat, I finally came up with an illustration that I'm happy with! 

I grew up adoring the Garbage Pail Kids, and one of my all-time favorite cards was the very first one - Adam Bomb. When we moved to New Mexico in 2018, I was inspired to paint a version of that specific GPK, but I reimagined it as a cat and used watercolor. Since then, my artistic style has evolved significantly. With the release of the Oppenheimer film, I felt it was the perfect time to revisit and create a new rendition of that beloved image.

I love working on original work, but sometimes it's fun to make fan art. Since the 'Barbie' movie is a hit at the box office (it's FANTASTIC), I thought it would be fun to draw "Barbie's Pink Cat," inspired by Barbie's beloved pet cat, Blissa! Drawing inspiration from the iconic Barbie franchise, we've put our own unique twist on the lovable feline companion.

I recently sat down to finally pay homage to Garfield the Cat in my own artistic style. Armed with the digital art tool Procreate, my trusty iPad Pro, and the Apple Pencil 2, I embarked on a nostalgic artistic endeavor. This homage to Garfield was crafted to capture the essence of the character while infusing it with my personal artistic touch.

I am pleased to announce that the latest version of our popular illustration 'Kaiju Cat On A Mountain' is finally available! Inspired by a GODZILLA marathon, the original illustration was a huge success. However, I felt that we could make some improvements to it, so I redrew the whole thing!

Introducing 'The Texas Chain Saw Cat', inspired by the iconic character 'Leatherface' from the TCM series.

For years, I have had this spooky cat on our list of ideas, and I'm are excited to finally bring it to life as prints, stickers, and pins! I tried to accurately capture the essence of Leatherface, while still retaining our playful and quirky style.

Thank you so much for an amazing day at Squidly Fest 2023 on April 16th! We had incredible weather, a great group of customers and an inspiring team of artists/makers all day.

Inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft (but removing the racism), we’re debuting our new ‘Cthulhu Cat From Beyond the Mountains of Madness’, art prints in 5x7 and 8x10 sizes to Tulsa for our next Oddities and Curiosities Expo this weekend (Saturday, April 8)!

Beep beep Richie! Inspired by Stephen King's terrifying clown villain of 'IT', I finally redrew our bestselling ‘Pennywise the Pouncing Clown Cat’ since the old one was basically just a quick doodle that everyone fell in love with.
